The Aditya Birla Privilege card was launched on 1st November 2016 to value business and channel partners across all Aditya Birla businesses, by offering them core benefits on all ABG Retail brand outlets, and monthly unique offers. These core benefits include up to 15% discount at ABG Retail brand outlets like Madura, Pantaloons, More and Linen Club in addition to special services from UltraTech, Idea and Aditya Birla Health Insurance.

Your card will be active from 1st November 2017 and you can enjoy the offers and services till Oct 31st 2018. All card issued during Year 1 have validity only till 31st October 2017, and will not be usable beyond 1st November 2017. In case you have not received a card in year 2, please contact your Relationship Manager for the same.
While the core benefits remain the same, the Privilege card offers will now be curated to your and your family’s preferences. We shall gather these preferences basis the profile you fill on our website when you log in for the first time. Please note that for Year 2, a new set of cards have been printed and distributed, and hence new UIDs have been assigned.
All Privilege Cards are valid for only one year. Please contact your Relationship Manager to know more.
Absolutely not. The Privilege card is given to valuable Channel partners by the business as a gesture of Thank You and hence changes every year.
The information is confidential and will not be shared with any third parties outside the Aditya Birla Group unless your prior permission is obtained.
The Aditya Birla Privilege does not need activation and will be accepted at all ABG retail brand outlets (as mentioned in your brochure and on www.abgprivilege.com) from the 1st of November 2017. Please ensure that you log in to your account on www.abgprivilege.com and fill in your contact details and preferences correctly. This will ensure that your card remains valid while making purchases in-store as well.
The benefits associated with being a privileged partner can be enjoyed by showing the card at the redemption points of stores/offices where you wish to avail the offers. Only the card holder can avail of the benefits associated.
The recipients of the card are selected by the respective businesses and represent valuable channel partners. The cards will be handed over to you by your Relationship Manager.
No, the card is completely free of cost
Yes. The card is required to enable our shop assistants to recognise you as a Privilege Card holder and for our system to enable the discounts offered to you. Along with your Privilege Card, you are also required to carry your registered mobile number to avail of discounts at Pantaloons.

In case the card is misplaced/ lost/ stolen and in order to prevent the unauthorized use of the card, please immediately report such misplacement/ loss to us by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on our toll-free number, +1800 833 1150. We will organise a replacement for you as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, the “Aditya Birla Privilege Card” and associated benefits can only be availed by you, hence the card is non-transferrable.

Please visit www.abgprivilege.com and check for the login button on the home page. Your 16 digit Card UID is your login. Once you enter that, you will receive a password setting link on your registered email ID. In case you don’t receive this, please check your spam folder. If there is no email there as well, please call up our call centre and let agent know of your valid email ID. The agent will enter the email ID into the system and generate a password resetting link.
Additionally, we will also be asking for your preferences and hence ensuring that we don’t send irrelevant emails.
